• Strong understanding of UAE real estate market dynamics and partner-driven sales models
• Proven ability to manage relationships with external agents and real estate companies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced sales environment
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
