JOB SUMMARY
  • The Credit Cards business in Standard Chartered Bank UAE is a growing business line with core focus on customer growth and customer value proposition. This person will work on initiatives related to sales channel management and customer growth. This role will require working with business partners (internal and external) to ensure that the initiatives are implemented and regularly tracked to deliver on the business strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy
  • This role will be responsible to work along with Channel Managers in the design and implementation of credit card sales channel strategy. The activities will also include performance analysis at a partner level to identify areas of opportunity, create dashboards to monitor overall sales performance and work on initiatives that help business meet the customer growth targets. It will require collaboration with stakeholders across various functions to ensure that such initiatives are in line with the overall business strategy and we are getting the desired results.
Business The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Maintain dashboards to monitor sales performance across various drivers
  • Work with the sales partners to maintain the sales productivity at an acceptable level
  • Support the Channel Manager in improving the sales quality, maintain the required product mix
  • Periodic review of the payout structure to ensure that it is in line with the business strategy
  • Support in execution of Sales governance activities to ensure that expected sales practices are being followed
  • Work with sales partners to identify additional opportunities
  • Work on internal governance frameworks related to sales management.
  • Assess all TPSAs to ensure required standards are met, including tactical measures to expand, contract, offboard agencies
  • Constantly evolve KPIs that are aligned to strategic business objectives
  • Work with Marketing and Product to keep the sales teams informed about the benefits and features of the SCB credit cards
  • Management of feedback / issues / complaints from sales perspective

  • Responsible for supporting the execution of credit card business strategy, working with relevant stakeholders across various functions to ensure that the end-to-end journey works seamlessly for the customers.

  • The ability to interpret the Group\xe2\x80\x99s financial information, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures

  • Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the Group\xe2\x80\x99s arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls in the business and, if necessary, oversee changes in these areas; Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role
