Job Summary:
Ensures controlled deployment, release governance, and configuration management in alignment with ITIL and architecture lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage release cycles for applications and infrastructure. Implement change governance and CAB processes. Ensure documentation and configuration accuracy (CMDB). Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders.
Required Skills
6+ years in change/release management. Strong understanding of ITIL processes. Hybrid work flexibility.
