About the Role:

Fatorah is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Change Management Officer

to support the implementation of process improvements and change initiatives within our healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in healthcare revenue cycle management, with specific exposure to medical coding, insurance preapprovals, and system integrations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth transitions and increased efficiency across our teams in Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of change management plans for new processes, systems, and compliance requirements. Support the training and onboarding of staff in medical coding standards (ICD-10, CPT), preapproval workflows, and EHR/RCM software. Work closely with the Change Management Lead and cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Operations) to monitor the impact of changes and ensure user adoption. Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to claim denials, preapproval turnaround times, and coding accuracy. Prepare clear communication materials and conduct sessions to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout change cycles. Ensure all processes align with UAE healthcare regulations and insurer requirements (e.g., Daman, NAS, Thiqa).

Requirements:

4-6 years of experience in healthcare operations, with exposure to medical coding, insurance preapprovals, or revenue cycle management. Familiarity with medical coding systems (ICD-10, CPT) and insurance preauthorization processes. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) or revenue cycle management (RCM) software. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and support multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of UAE healthcare insurance standards and guidelines is preferred. Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CAPM) or medical coding certification is a plus.
