Responsibilities

Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives. Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes to ensure accurate forecasts and budgets. Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures effectively to maintain financial stability. Lead financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Collaborate with other executives to formulate and implement overall business strategy and operational plans. Provide insights and recommendations to the board on financial performance and strategic initiatives. Supervise the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional development.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. Proven 8 years of experience as CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the consumer goods industry. Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial market dynamics. Experience in strategic planning and execution, with a proven track record of driving financial performance improvements. Exceptional analytical skills and an ability to interpret financial data and trends. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a capacity to present complex financial information clearly. Male. 35 to 45 years old. Saudi national
