We are looking for a certified Personal Fitness Trainer for our gym in Sharjah Media City. Main Responsibilities

Build a close relationship with clients to help them improve their fitness levels
Modify exercise plans based on needs, potential injuries or health issues and track progress
Conduct individual and group fitness training sessions
Promote fitness packages and plans
Appear in social media videos shot for educational and promotional purposes
Explain applicable safety rules and regulations
Help manage gym operations

Requirements and Skills

Must have completed relevant certifications recognized in the UAE
Previous work experience in a similar role
Knowledge of diverse exercises and how to adjust plans according to each client's needs
Ability to instruct and motivate people
Comfortable talking in front of the camera
Able to commute easily to Sharjah Media City
Arabic speaker preferred as clients are mostly Arabic speakers / video content is in Arabic

Compensation

Salary: AED 2.5-4K per month (Based on experience) + Commission based on Clients
Visa and medical insurance

Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
