About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled

Nursing Assistant

to join our team at INFINITY Health Care Abu dhabi. The role involves providing high-quality care to patients, including newborns and elderly individuals, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being at home.

Key Responsibilities:

General Care:

Assist nurses in providing direct patient care, including hygiene, mobility, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff. Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient areas.

Newborn Care:

Support mothers with newborn care, including feeding, bathing, and diaper changes. Monitor newborn health indicators and report concerns promptly. Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for infants.

Elderly Care:

Assist elderly patients with daily activities such as mobility, personal hygiene, and meals. Provide emotional support and companionship to elderly patients. Follow care plans for patients with chronic conditions or limited mobility. Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines. Provide emotional support to patients and families.

Requirements:

Diploma or certification in Nursing Assistance or related field. Previous experience in newborn and elderly care is highly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.

Pay: AED2,750.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
