Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and certified caregiver with experience in caring for newborns and premature babies. The ideal candidate will provide specialized support to ensure the baby's health, safety, and development, while also guiding and assisting parents in day-to-day care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive care to newborn and/or preterm babies, including feeding, bathing, changing, and monitoring sleep.
Monitor vital signs, developmental milestones, and overall well-being of the baby.
Support breastfeeding or formula feeding as per parents' preference.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and a nurturing environment.
Assist parents with baby care education and routines.
Respond promptly to emergencies or health concerns.
Keep accurate daily records of feeding, sleep, and activities.
Requirements:
Certified Caregiver with specialization in newborn and premature baby care. ( Certified Nursing Assistant)
Prior experience in neonatal care, home care, or paediatric setting.
Knowledge of newborn safety, hygiene, and emergency protocols.
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
Flexibility to work day/night shifts if required.
[First Aid/CPR certification preferred].
