Job Description
We are looking for a Centre Manager for the Down Syndrome Health Centre who will be responsible for overseeing operations, ensuring high-quality healthcare services for individuals with Down syndrome, and creating an inclusive environment for patients, families, and staff.

- Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop tailored care plans.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a diverse team of professionals.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure accurate billing processes.
- Engage with stakeholders and represent the center in community events.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
- Bachelor\'s degree in healthcare administration or related field (Master\'s preferred).
- European Nationals are preferred.
- Experience in healthcare management, preferably with a focus on developmental disabilities.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Down syndrome and associated healthcare needs.
- Financial management and organizational abilities
