Our Client:

Our client is a multinational real estate development company located in the United Arab Emirates and are looking for a Contact Centre Manager to join their team.


Your Responsibilities:

Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring high end customers
Delegating certain customer enquiries to specific teams
Managing a large number of incoming calls and emails
Managing customers\xe2\x80\x99 accounts
Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken
Communicating with internal teams to discuss sales targets
Generating sales leads, building sustainable relationships where necessary
Reporting back on results


Your Qualifications:

A minimum of 6 years of proven experience in a customer service position
Excellent English communication skills
Experience in leadership/management
Luxury real estate experience is preferred
Luxury brand experience is a must
Telesales experience is preferred
salesforce knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to maintain calm under pressure
Efficiency and organisational skills
