Requirements:

Hotel Management qualified.
Min. 2 years' experience in similar role with reputed Star Hotels / fine dining multi-cuisine restaurants.
Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
