3-7 years of experience in culinary arts with exposure to various kinds of cuisines.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in Hotels and catering business.
Skills (General Job Knowledge and Skills)
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Ability to communicate well in English.
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
Familiar with industry best practices.
Reports to: Executive Chef/Director of culinary Job Dimensions Direct Reportees: CDP / DCDP / Commis Chefs Gross salary: AED 7,000 (CDP) Working days: 5 days a week Other benefits:
