- 3-7 years of experience in culinary arts with exposure to various kinds of cuisines.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in Hotels and catering business.
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to communicate well in English.
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
- Familiar with industry best practices.
