CDP - Pastry

Position Overview:
The CDP is a senior role with full responsibility for a specific section of the pastry kitchen (e.g., "the dessert station," "the chocolate section," "the bakery"). They are experts in their domain, responsible for the quality, consistency, and output of their section. They manage the DCDP and Commis chefs assigned to them.
