Prepare and cook authentic dishes such as pasta, pizza, risotto, sauces, and antipasti
Manage the Italian kitchen section and ensure smooth daily operations
Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet restaurant standards
Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP)
Assist in menu planning and recipe development
Monitor stock levels and reduce food wastage
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment
Coordinate with Sous Chef and Head Chef for service requirements
Skills & Requirements
Proven experience as Chef or CDP
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and teamwork skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Basic to good English communication skills

Pay: RO250.000 - RO260.000 per month
