-UAE Driving license is mandatory. -Minimum 1 to 2 year of experience. -Educational qualification: Diploma/Degree in electronics engineering. 1. Routine Maintenance/PPM is responsible for following the schedule provided by the manager and checking/cleaning the respective equipment to be maintained i.e. Cameras, DVR/NVR, Gate Barriers and Access Control System. follow the SOP for maintenance ( SOP) in accordance with the design specifications and drawings of the particular equipment as well as complying with the necessary safety and site requirements. 2. Trouble shooting responding to requests and phone calls for technical assistance and attendance for defective equipment including but not limited to cable ducts and terminations. Care should be taken in schedule and scope during corrective maintenance such as debugging faults that are within the scope of WS and debugging are within schedule or time set for fix. 3. Communication/coordination and teamwork Encourage and build mutual trust, respect and cooperation with the client. Communicate with manager, peers or subordinates. Provide information to supervisors and co-workers in written form. Constant communication with the Office, coordination of technical meetings and agenda. 4. Reporting and Documentation, Submitting daily reports on the tasks performed. Prepare basic PPM and reports needed for work performed for line manager and client approval. 5. Special projects when assigned by the manager, such as new installations and commissioning. 6. Attending training courses organized by the organization.
