Position: Business Development Manager - ELV/CCTV/ICT Annual Maintenance Sales (UAE)
We are seeking a
dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager
to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in
Extra Low Voltage (ELV)
systems, including
CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), Intercom, and Structured Cabling
, with a specific focus on
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Sales
.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue
new business opportunities
in the ELV, Security Camera, and ICT Annual Maintenance sectors.
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of potential B2B clients.
Build and maintain long-term
client relationships
, understanding their needs and offering tailored AMC solutions.
Meet and exceed
monthly and quarterly sales targets
through proactive selling and upselling.
Coordinate AMC site visits and align with technical teams to address customer service requests.
Stay updated on
market trends
, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
Prepare and present
comprehensive proposals and presentations
to prospective clients.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
1-2 years of B2B marketing and/or sales experience
, preferably in the
security or ICT industry
.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding
sales targets
.
Strong understanding of
ELV systems
including
CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Networking, and Telephony
.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with
CRM software
and
social media marketing
is an advantage.
Ability to build rapport and
effectively manage client relationships
.
Valid UAE driver's license
and
reliable transportation
are mandatory.
