Attend and solve all ELV received complaints in a short time and good quality work. ELV Electronic Technician to carry out fault diagnosis, remedial repairs, calibration and planned preventative maintenance of the ELV systems.
Principle Accountability:
attend and solves all kind of ELV complaints.
install and troubleshoot networks/intercom, internet, analIP CCTV systems, Security systems, Access Control System, Security Gates, and associated equipment.
Perform scheduled maintenance and preventative repairs on all ELV systems.
Follow up with the all sub-contractor and inspect their PPM activates.
Generate all kind of reports, condition reports, renovation report.
Follows al the in-charge instructions to keep -- the - equipment)s well maintained -and in good working condition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions from senior technicians.
Install and troubleshoot ACS and VMS systems.
