Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

CCTV & ELV Technician

to install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems and other ELV systems such as access control, fire alarm, public address, intercom, and structured cabling systems. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality installations and system integrity for commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain

CCTV systems

, including IP and analog cameras. Install and maintain

ELV systems

, including: Access control Fire alarm systems Public address systems Structured cabling Intercom systems Read and interpret

technical drawings, schematics, and layout plans

. Perform

cabling, terminations

, and system testing. Conduct

routine maintenance

, troubleshooting, and system upgrades. Ensure all installations meet

safety and compliance standards

. Collaborate with engineers and project managers on-site. Maintain accurate documentation for all systems installed and serviced. Provide technical support and training to end-users if required.

Requirements:

High school diploma / ITI / Diploma

in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.

2+ years

of hands-on experience in CCTV and ELV system installations. Strong knowledge of IP networks and system integration. Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet project deadlines. Familiar with tools and testing equipment used in ELV work. Understanding of safety protocols and procedures.

Valid driving license

(optional but preferred).

Preferred Skills:

Certification in CCTV, fire alarm, or BMS systems is an advantage. Experience with brands like Hikvision, Dahua, Honeywell, Bosch, etc. Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, port forwarding, etc.). Knowledge of local electrical and building codes.

Working Conditions:

May require working at heights, confined spaces, or in outdoor environments. Flexible to work in shifts or extended hours as per project needs.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
