Job Description

We are seeking an

experienced MOI Documentation Coordinator

to manage MOI, DSA, and DIA submissions. The ideal candidate will ensure all project documents and drawings comply with the latest MOI regulations, handle rejections, coordinate resubmissions, and maintain efficient workflows to ensure projects remain on schedule.

Only candidates with prior experience in MOI/DSA/DIA submissions will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and upload MOI submissions accurately and on time. Ensure all project documents and drawings comply with

current MOI regulations

and standards. Upload and manage DSA and DIA submissions, tracking their status. Handle rejections, coordinate corrections, and ensure resubmissions are completed promptly. Monitor submission timelines to guarantee timely progress of all projects. Maintain organized records of submissions, approvals, and correspondence. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure documentation aligns with project requirements.

Requirements

Proven experience in MOI, DSA, and DIA submissions coordination. Up-to-date knowledge of

recent MOI regulations

. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, project documentation, and drawing standards. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in MS Office and regulatory submission portals. Experience in ELV, IT, or CCTV-related project documentation. Familiarity with Qatar MOI/SSD rules, regulations, and submission processes.
