Job description Urgent requirement for Cathodic Protection Supervisor in Abudhabi Refinery expansion project. Candidates must be qualified in related discipline at least 5 years of GCC experience in Oil & Gas / plant construction / petrochemical project. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Perform standard cathodic protection and corrosion field test methods at work site. These may include: Annual pipe-to-soil potential test point surveys Rectifier testing, repairs, adjustment, and troubleshooting Cathodic protection system installation Fuel tank cathodic protection testing Overline surveys Soil resistivity testing AC potential and interference testing DC interference testing and troubleshooting ECDA direct examinations Testing in support of designs Assemble data, format for reports, and write technical reports under the supervision of a Senior Engineer. Assist Engineering group with review, development, and improvement of standard operating procedures. Meet with clients to understand project needs. Assist in management of projects to meet client goals. Participate in Engineering functions, including preparation of field work instructions, training and mentoring of other field personnel, creation and review of construction submittals, and review of designs for constructability.
