Manage canteen staff
Ensure staff attendance, discipline, and proper uniform standards.
Food Safety & Municipality Compliance
Ensure compliance with
UAE Municipality Food Code
, HACCP standards, and school guidelines.
Maintain food temperature records, cleaning schedules, and hygiene logs.
Ensure proper food storage, labeling, FIFO, and expiry control.
School Nutrition & Menu Control

Ensure meals meet nutritional guidelines set by schools and UAE authorities.
Monitor allergens and special dietary requirements for students.
Quality & Service Control
Monitor food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation.
Supervise serving counters during recess and peak service times.
Handle complaints and feedback from school staff, parents, and students professionally.
Inventory & Cost Control
Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requisitions.
Control food wastage and ensure cost-effective operations.
Verify supplier deliveries and ensure compliance with approved vendors.
