We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Catering Supervisor. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing catering operations, ensuring the successful execution of events, and providing exceptional service to our clients. The Catering Supervisor will lead a team of catering staff and contribute to the overall success of our catering services.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate catering staff, including hiring and training new team members
Plan and organize catering events, ensuring all details are considered
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific catering needs and preferences
Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of catering events
Monitor and maintain inventory of catering supplies and equipment
Ensure that food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure the quality of catering offerings
Conduct post-event evaluations and implement improvements as needed

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Catering Supervisor or in a similar role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of catering operations and event planning
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Understanding of food safety regulations and guidelines
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus
