Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor with a strong ADNOC background to manage and oversee catering and facility operations for large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the same field and proven expertise in handling large manpower volumes and high-profile clients, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, HSE requirements, and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage all catering and facility operations, including kitchen, dining, accommodation, and hygiene standards. Ensure full compliance with ADNOC policies, food safety regulations, and HSE standards. Manage large teams of catering staff, supervisors, and support personnel. Coordinate daily catering operations to meet client requirements and service level agreements (SLAs). Monitor food quality, hygiene, inventory, and cost control. Liaise with clients, project teams, and ADNOC representatives to ensure service satisfaction. Prepare reports related to manpower, operations, hygiene audits, and performance. Handle client feedback, inspections, and audits professionally. Ensure all documentation, permits, and approvals are properly maintained. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience as a Catering Supervisor or in a similar role. Proven ADNOC project experience (mandatory). Strong knowledge of food safety standards, HSE, and ADNOC compliance requirements. C ertified in HACCP and Food Safety & Hygiene.
