We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Catering Service Supervisor. The Catering Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating catering operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities: Coordinate catering events from planning to execution. Supervise catering staff, including servers, chefs, and support staff. Ensure the quality and presentation of food meets company standards. Communicate with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences. Manage catering budgets, including cost estimation and pricing. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Catering Service Supervisor or in a similar role. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Knowledge of catering operations, food preparation, and presentation. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
