Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Maintain proper inventory, ordering, and cost control of food, beverages, and supplies.
Supervise food preparation and presentation to maintain consistency and standards.
Client & Event Management
Liaise with clients to understand requirements and expectations.
Ensure timely setup and smooth execution of catering services at events.
Staff Management
Train and supervise the staff
Prepare staff schedules and assign duties to ensure efficiency.
Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and maintain discipline.
Administration & Compliance
Maintain accurate records of events, billing, and contracts.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Prepare reports for management on performance, sales, and customer feedback.

Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
