Join a dynamic & fast-growing hospitality group in Abu Dhabi! We're seeking a multi-site Catering General Manager with UAE experience in top-end large-scale catering & hospitality services.
About the role:

• Reporting to the COO, you'll be responsible for implementing the company's vision across the Catering & Hospitality Department through innovation, strategic leadership, & effective business management. This Catering General Manager position oversees all aspects of catering operations to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality services & experiences
• Overall financial management of catering operations including the preparation of budgets, key performance indicators, financial reporting & stewardship, ensuring an effective control environment & maximum level of financial return
• Develop strategic plans in line with the overall company mission, vision & business strategy
• Develop new & existing accounts growing target segments to meet/exceed revenue goals
• Develop strong effective relationships & partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders

Requirements:

• Arabic speaker desired
• Ideal start date: November - December '25
• Strong UAE experience managing large-scale catering & hospitality services
• Graduate degree in Hospitality, Food science & technology, Catering & Business Administration or a relevant field
