We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead operations across large-scale industrial kitchens, serving diverse, multinational clients.
The role requires strong leadership, menu innovation, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day kitchen operations across multiple units.
Plan and develop menus in line with client requirements and budgets.
Oversee food costing, budgeting, and profitability.
Maintain strict quality control, hygiene, and safety standards.
Lead, train, and motivate a multicultural kitchen team.
Collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction and respond to feedback.
Ensure compliance with IMS policies, audits, and health/safety regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
5-10 years of proven experience managing large-scale kitchens.
Strong knowledge of international cuisines and menu development.
Expertise in food costing, inventory, and kitchen equipment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to deliver consistent quality in high-volume operations.
