We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Storekeeper
to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in the food & beverage (F&B) industry, speak and write good English, and be confident using inventory systems to manage stock effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the storeroom and maintain inventory accuracy
Use inventory software to raise purchase orders (POs) and track stock levels
Receive, inspect, and record incoming supplies and delivery notes
Ensure all items are properly labeled, stored, and rotated (FIFO system)
Coordinate with procurement, kitchen, and suppliers for timely deliveries
Report shortages, damages, or stock discrepancies promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area
Prepare regular stock reports for management
Requirements:
Previous experience in F&B or hospitality industry is essential
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Familiarity with inventory or stock management software
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Strong organizational and time management skills
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced catering environment
