Position: Catering & Call Centre Coordinator
Department: Sales / Catering
Reports to: Catering Manager / Sales Manager
Job Summary:
This dual-role position is responsible for managing inbound inquiries through the call centre and coordinating catering orders. The coordinator acts as a key point of contact for customers, providing information, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally, providing information about products, services, and pricing.
• Process and manage catering orders, ensuring all details (menu, timing, dietary restrictions) are accurately recorded.
• Liaise between the customer and the kitchen/operations team to communicate order specifics and special requests.
• Upsell and promote catering packages and special offers to customers.
• Manage the catering order calendar and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Process payments and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Prepare and send out quotations, invoices, and order confirmations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma required; further education in Business or Hospitality is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service, call centre, or catering role.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and experience with order processing systems.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Patient and empathetic with strong problem-solving abilities.
