As a Category Officer (Onboard Product Category), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and reliable execution of all processes and systems related to sourcing execution and contract administration. This role is pivotal in maintaining compliance with Etihad's governance, policy, and compliance requirements. Accountabilities

Support Category Managers in sourcing activities throughout the full execution lifecycle, including requirements definition, RFI/RFP, award, and contracts, utilizing best practices such as auctions where appropriate. Perform/support tactical and low-value procurement, including setup and use of self-service channels; sourcing via P-Cards and Managed Catalogues, Guided Buying from Master Service Agreements, ensuring process, governance, and system compliance to reduce effort, ensure compliance, and enhance service to end users. Deliver end-to-end procurement operations, administration, and support, ensuring alignment with PSM policies, processes, and governance. This includes contract administration, document management, correct use of templates, and proper execution of Ariba functionality and reporting. Ensure efficient, timely, and reliable conversion of Purchase Requisitions (PR) to Purchase Orders (PO). Conduct post-contract administration activities, including contract consumption tracking and reporting, and capturing contract/supplier performance data for insights and category management. Liaise with Accounts Payable to resolve related payment issues. Education & Experience

Diploma-level qualification. Awareness and understanding of relevant aviation and/or indirect categories. Minimum of 3 years procurement operations and sourcing experience preferred. Experience with P2P systems and tools such as SAP and Ariba preferred. About Etihad Airways
