The Category Lead - Facilities Management is responsible for developing and executing strategic procurement plans across Hard and Soft FM services. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies for Facilities Management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and budgetary goals.
• Lead sourcing, negotiation, and contracting processes for Hard and Soft FM services, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct total cost of ownership and market analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and savings.
• Deliver measurable cost reductions through supplier consolidation and performance-based agreements.
• Oversee the Source-to-Contract process, ensuring supplier selection, onboarding, and negotiation within defined timelines.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring service delivery meets contractual and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align service requirements with category strategies and business priorities.
• Lead cross-functional procurement projects, ensuring on-time execution and continuous process improvement.
• Maintain a robust compliance framework aligned with internal governance, policies, and external regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization, and sustainability-driven procurement initiatives.
• Develop and mentor team members, promoting professional growth and alignment with Al-Futtaim's leadership values.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
• CIPS or equivalent professional certification highly desirable.
• 7-10 years of procurement experience, including category management in Facilities Management or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, and total cost analysis methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale procurement portfolios and achieve cost reduction targets.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP and e-procurement systems, with strong data and analytics capabilities.
