Knowledge:

\xc2\xb7 Experience in ERP system is an advantage (preferably SAP). Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in market research & analysis, supplier identification & qualification, tender process, contract management and setting of tangible and robust performance criteria.

\xc2\xb7 Strong expertise in identifying, executing and achieving sourcing strategies and initiatives that are aligned to business objectives.

Skills:

\xc2\xb7 Highly numerate, possess excellent analytical reasoning & critical thinking skills. Ability to think and act strategically with strong commercial awareness.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent negotiation skills, project management and performance management capabilities.

\xc2\xb7 Effective use of procurement tools such as Spend Analytics, e-Procurement, electronic tendering/e-Auctions etc. at an advanced level.

\xc2\xb7 Sound decision-making capabilities.

\xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

\xc2\xb7 Highly collaborative across departments, with the ability to influence change.

Experience:

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years\' experience in Purchasing, Sourcing, Category and/or Supplier management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

\xc2\xb7 Extensive experience in the management of complex tenders, contract management and supplier/stakeholder relationship management.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of the Investment Project and Indirect category is a plus.

Education:

\xc2\xb7 Minimum bachelor\'s degree, preferably from the following disciplines: Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain Management

Activities

\xc2\xb7 Deliver a category management approach to procurement which will migrate the department from transaction based to long term strategic partnership-based procurement.

\xc2\xb7 Develop & execute category and sub-category strategies and procurement projects within the overall responsibility, to ensure that savings and efficiencies are maximized.

\xc2\xb7 Develop and deploy expertise/solutions within the category to achieve optimum value. Leverage on affiliate spend, consolidation opportunities.

\xc2\xb7 Provide support to departments as required, to ensure the best interests of the organization are protected and promoted.

\xc2\xb7 Develop and manage relationships with suppliers that contribute to performance management, enhance control of the supply chain, and promote a partnered approach to strategic suppliers.

\xc2\xb7 Support the development of the contract process, ensuring robust contracts are established and

\xc2\xb7 compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Support procurement-related negotiations which fall outside the current strategies, to ensure savings and value for money and efficiencies are secured and that coaching and mentoring is deployed to the business in the process.

\xc2\xb7 Provide support, guidance or training to end users, acting as an ambassador for Procurement within the organization.

Work collaboratively within the team and across departments, to develop effective and efficient business practices.

\xc2\xb7 The position is an important link between the users and suppliers of goods and services.

\xc2\xb7 Requires high collaboration across different departments within Plant TELBU and TEMME locally, and globally across different parties (either APMO Regional office, or TotalEnergies Global Procurement TGP, or Business Line (esp. Packaging)

Requires a very high commitment to ensure the timely supply of goods and services, as it involves activities which directly impact the affiliate operations.
