Description

Implement and enforce purchasing processes and inventory control.

Maintain spend/volume reports on key components to enable volume negotiation.

Maintain all purchasing records and documents and work with accounting to resolve invoice discrepancies.

Manage the start-up process for new suppliers.

Manages procurement POs, supply agreements, and delivery schedules.

Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Experience in HVAC is a must ,preferably dealing in OEM brand.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing HVAC and certifications required as per the market regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
