We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Catalog Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Catalog Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our product catalog, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and a visually appealing presentation. Key Responsibilities:

Upload and manage product listings, descriptions, and images on the website and marketplaces. Ensure accuracy in product details such as pricing, category placement, and availability. Coordinate with the design and operations teams for new product launches and updates. Regularly review and update product catalogs to maintain freshness and accuracy. Analyze product performance and suggest improvements for better visibility and conversions. Maintain brand consistency in product titles, descriptions, and images. Identify and resolve catalog errors and inconsistencies quickly. Support marketing and SEO teams with keyword-optimized product descriptions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce catalog management (preferably in flowers, gifts, or lifestyle categories). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CMS or e-commerce platforms. Basic understanding of SEO and product content optimization. Good communication and coordination skills.
