Key Responsibilities * Cash Receipts of Service/Sales customers, Petty Cash handling, and Invoicing Account customer.
- Preparing Reports as required for Accounts Dept. and Service Manager. Following-up Work In Progress, Cash Debts and Account queries.
- Check cash and credit invoices having prepared accurately.
- Communicate instances of accounts on stop and unauthorized account charges.
- Issue receipts when necessary.
- Issue gate passes as appropriate.
- Daily cash/credit card reconciliation.
- Ensure no unauthorized discounting.
- Invoice all internal work.
- Setting up non-franchise customer / vehicle records.
- Reviewing work in progress, cash debt and account queries with Service Manager.
- Keep the Cashier\'s area a clean and tidy manner.
- Prepare necessary documentation for archiving.
- Carry out month end inventory of vehicles inside.
- Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.
