UperMart is a new convenience grocery with a long-term vision to grow, improve, and one day operate like major supermarkets.

We are looking for a reliable, honest and committed Cashier + Store Assistant who wants to grow with us -- not just work for a short time.

This is NOT "cash counter only." The role includes full shop support.

Responsibilities

Operate POS and handle cash / card payments Arrange shelves neatly and professionally Receive and organize supplier deliveries Pack customer orders & assist with WhatsApp orders Check expiry dates and report low-stock items Keep the store clean, tidy, and welcoming Support owner in daily store operations when required
Requirements

Experience in grocery / mini-mart / supermarket (preferred) Basic English (other languages are a plus) Able to multitask and work independently Trustworthy with cash handling Polite, disciplined, customer-friendly Willing to learn and grow with the store
Candidates with previous convenience store or supermarket experience will be highly preferred.

We are looking for someone serious -- not someone who changes job quickly.

Working Hours

10 hours per day

(Owner covers late closing hours)

No weekly day off during probation

After probation: 1 day off per week

Salary & Benefits

AED 1,800 - 2,000 (all-inclusive)(no separate food or accommodation allowance) Visa provided after successful probation
Probation Policy

Probation: 2-3 months Performance, honesty, discipline and attendance will be reviewed Visa is applied only after successful probation
