Job Summary: Looking for a Cashier in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Scan and process customer purchases using electronic cash registers and other Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Handle cash, credit as well as debit card transactions and make sure correct change is given to customers
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and assist with maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that customer needs are met and that the store runs smoothly
- Undertake any other related tasks as may be required
- Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree/Diploma in business or a related field
- Proven working experience as a retail cashier or in a similar customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math and computer skills, with experience using electronic cash registers and other POS systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and managing cash
- Must have basic PC knowledge
- Should be currently available in the UAE
