Job Summary: Looking for a Cashier in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Scan and process customer purchases using electronic cash registers and other Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Handle cash, credit as well as debit card transactions and make sure correct change is given to customers
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and assist with maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that customer needs are met and that the store runs smoothly
  • Undertake any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree/Diploma in business or a related field
  • Proven working experience as a retail cashier or in a similar customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic math and computer skills, with experience using electronic cash registers and other POS systems
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and managing cash
  • Must have basic PC knowledge
  • Should be currently available in the UAE
