We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier with Russian language skills to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for processing transactions, assisting customers, and maintaining a positive shopping experience for our diverse clientele.

• Greet and assist customers in both Russian and English, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
• Operate the cash register and Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment with precision
• Provide product information and answer customer inquiries in Russian and English
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications

• Fluency in Russian and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Previous experience as a cashier or in retail is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive demeanor
• Strong math skills and ability to handle cash accurately
• Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds when necessary
