to interact with customers and staff efficiently.Key Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately. Issue receipts, refunds, or change as necessary. Maintain proper cash handling procedures and balance the cash register at the end of each shift. Assist customers with menu queries and guide them with billing information. Communicate effectively in
Malayalam and English
with customers and staff. Coordinate with service staff and kitchen team for smooth operations. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter. Follow company policies and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.Requirements
Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service (restaurant experience preferred). Ability to speak and understand
Malayalam and English
fluently. Basic knowledge of computers and POS (Point of Sale) systems. Strong mathematical and multitasking skills. Customer-focused with a positive attitude. Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED1,400.00 per month
