Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction

Warmly welcome guests and guide them to their tables Present menus and respond to inquiries about dishes and drinks Take precise food and beverage orders Offer tailored recommendations based on guest preferences

Service Execution

Serve meals and beverages promptly and courteously Ensure order accuracy and maintain high food quality Check in with guests throughout their dining experience to meet any needs Clear finished dishes and keep the table neat and inviting

Payment Handling

Provide bills to customers Process payments correctly, whether by cash or card

Collaboration & Communication

Coordinate with kitchen staff regarding orders and special requests Work alongside fellow team members to ensure smooth, efficient service

Standards & Cleanliness

Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations Maintain a tidy and well-organized work environment

Key Skills & Qualifications

English Speaking / Writing skill Strong communication and customer service abilities Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic setting Cooperative mindset and effective team player Physical stamina for long periods of standing and walking Proficiency in basic math for handling payments Familiarity with food and beverage offerings is a plus Prior experience in customer-facing roles is beneficial
