As our operations expand, we are looking for a Cashier / Treasury Specialist to strengthen our financial team and ensure smooth, accurate, and secure management of our company's incoming and outgoing funds.

Role Overview

As a Cashier / Treasury Specialist, you will manage all aspects of payment processing and treasury operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and security across multiple payment channels. This role requires expertise in cash, cheque, card, and cryptocurrency transactions and strong coordination with the finance department.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Payments: Handle and record all incoming and outgoing funds, including cash, cheques, card payments, and cryptocurrency. Cheque Handling: Process, verify, and reconcile cheque deposits according to UAE banking standards. Crypto Transactions: Securely manage crypto payments, ensuring accurate recording and regulatory compliance. Treasury Operations: Support liquidity management, daily fund positioning, and timely transfers. Reporting & Reconciliation: Prepare daily treasury and transaction reports; reconcile records with accounting systems. System Proficiency: Operate financial and treasury management software efficiently. Customer & Internal Support: Provide professional client service during transactions and coordinate with finance teams to ensure smooth fund flows. Compliance & Security: Maintain adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. 3-4 years' experience in treasury or cashiering within the real estate development sector in Dubai. Solid knowledge of UAE banking systems, cheque handling, card processing, and crypto payments. Proficiency in financial and treasury software; relevant certifications preferred. High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to manage sensitive financial data. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
