Customer Service Excellence:
Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide a positive and efficient checkout experience.
Transaction Processing:
Accurately operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, process various payment methods (cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments), and issue receipts.
Cash Handling & Reconciliation:
Manage cash drawer, ensure accuracy in transactions, and perform daily reconciliation at the beginning and end of shifts.
Video Production:
Plan, shoot, and edit short, engaging promotional videos for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and the company website.
Content Ideas:
Brainstorm and propose creative video concepts that highlight new arrivals, promotions, product features, behind-the-scenes glimpses, or staff recommendations.
