As part of its development, the UIR is recruiting a Cashier.
Mission The missions will consist of:
Cash in payments. Ensure the validation of consultation fees. Filing of receipts and invoices. Maintain the recovery situation on a daily basis. Prepare cheque remittances and cash payments. Transmit daily to the accounting department the recovery situation with the payments received and the corresponding statements. Generate payment receipts from Sage. Edit payment methods from Sage. Edit invoices from Sage Check payment methods Hand over funds every day Archive documents according to procedures
Profile Bac +2 with an experience of 2 years minimum. Having notions in accounting and computer science (office automation). Fluency in French.
