Job Description
Responsibilities
\xe2\x80\xa2Responsible for cash handling functions of a Department / Profit Centre \xe2\x80\xa2Attend to Customers \xe2\x80\xa2Receive money, print Invoice/s & Gate pass/s \xe2\x80\xa2Preparation of summary of daily transactions (SODT) and handover cash to G4S security \xe2\x80\xa2Deposit cheques at Bank and withdraw cash \xe2\x80\xa2Keep official quality records of all documents \xe2\x80\xa2Collect Petty cash & Incentive of Junior staff from Main cash office \xe2\x80\xa2Submit variance accounting documents to Financial Accounts \xe2\x80\xa2Petty cash maintenance and compliance with various policies and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2Preparation of petty cash vouchers, payment of petty cash expenses, recording of petty cash expenses in system and sending petty cash vouchers to main office for reimbursement. \xe2\x80\xa2To manage any additional assignment given by the Manager & or In charge
