Cashier (front Of House Service)
Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Cashier to be the face of our Miracle Garden food stall. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage transactions accurately in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and serve customers with a welcoming attitude.
Take customer orders quickly and accurately.
Handle cash, card, and digital payments with responsibility.
Manage order flow between customers and the kitchen team.
Assist with packing and handing over food orders.
Keep the counter and serving area clean and organized.
Upsell items and promote special offers when appropriate.
Requirements
Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a crowded, fast-paced setting. Basic math and computer/POS skills. Honest, dependable, and customer-focused. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
