Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handling Transactions:

Receiving and processing customer payments (cash, checks, etc.) for currency exchange, remittances, and other services.

Currency Exchange:

Exchanging various foreign currencies, ensuring accurate conversions based on daily exchange rates.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of all transactions, balancing cash drawers, and preparing daily reports.

Customer Service:

Assisting customers with inquiries, providing information about exchange rates and procedures, and resolving any issues or complaints.

Compliance:

Adhering to all company policies, security procedures, and relevant regulations, including AML and KYC policies.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong numerical and cash handling skills:

The ability to accurately calculate and manage cash transactions is crucial.

Excellent customer service skills:

Providing friendly and efficient service to customers is essential.

Attention to detail:

Accuracy in record-keeping and transaction processing is vital.

Good communication skills:

Effectively communicating with customers and colleagues is necessary.

Familiarity with foreign currencies:

Knowledge of different currencies and exchange rates is helpful.

Experience in a cashier or teller role:

Previous experience in exchange house
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
