Greet customers and assist with inquiries, providing product information and personalized recommendations.
Promote loyalty programs, special offers, and additional services.
Resolve customer complaints and address any issues effectively.
Operate the POS system to scan items, process payments (cash, credit, mobile), and issue receipts.
Manage the cash drawer, ensuring accurate cash handling, balances, and deposits.
Handle returns, exchanges, and other customer transactions efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy checkout area.
Stock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented.
Assist with unpacking new deliveries and rotating stock.
Skills and Qualification Required
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency with POS systems.
Basic cash handling and accounting abilities.
