Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused
Carwash Planner
to manage daily bookings and handle customer inquiries efficiently. You will be the main point of contact for scheduling services, optimizing appointment flow, and ensuring timely communication with clients. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all carwash bookings (online, phone, walk-ins) Maintain an organized schedule to avoid double-booking and optimize workflow Respond promptly to all customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or email Use quick reply templates to handle common questions about services, pricing, and availability Confirm appointments and send reminders to customers Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and follow-up communications Keep track of customer preferences and feedback to improve service Collaborate with the carwash team to ensure readiness for scheduled jobs Provide daily reports of appointments and highlight peak hours or gaps
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
