Job Description
We are looking for a skilled
Carpentry Workshop Supervisor
to join our team at a company specializing in woodwork and interior decoration. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of carpentry operations and the ability to lead a team and manage workshop activities efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily carpentry and decoration work in the workshop. Assign tasks to workers and monitor performance to ensure quality execution. Communicate with clients and translate their needs into actionable tasks. Estimate material quantities and calculate project costs. Oversee project progress and ensure timely delivery. Prepare regular reports for management on project updates and any issues.
Requirements:
Previous experience in carpentry and interior decoration work. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written). Excellent communication skills and ability to understand client requirements. Knowledge of quantity estimation and pricing. Ability to manage multiple projects with speed and accuracy.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
