We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Carpentry Supervisor with at least 10 years of experience in the construction or fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the carpentry team, ensuring that all works are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and within the project timeline.
Responsibilities
:
Supervise and lead a team of carpenters on site.
Interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks efficiently.
Ensure materials and tools are available for each stage of work.
Inspect completed work to maintain quality standards.
Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with company policies.
Report project progress and issues to management.
Qualifications
:
Minimum 10 years of carpentry experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of joinery, finishing, and fit-out works.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
